Natures Menu takes your privacy extremely seriously. Please read this Privacy policy and our Cookies policy. Together they explain our data protection policy and describe how we’ll use any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us.

All activity on www.naturesvariety.co.uk (our website) is logged and monitored to help keep personal information secure and to ensure that Natures Menu complies with its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR) from May 2018.

Natures Menu provides a customer care service which you can use to:

You can contact our customer care team by telephone or via the customer care form on our website.

We have set out below the purposes for which we will use any personal data that you share with us when you use our customer care service and our lawful basis for doing so:

Requests for feeding advice, queries about our product range and general enquiries are managed on our behalf by Affinity Petcare S.A. (“Affinity”), a company which belongs to the same group of companies as Natures Menu Limited. Where such queries are made by telephone, they are recorded. Affinity uses Dialoga Servicios Interactivos, S.A. and Unisono Soluciones de Negocio, S.A. to ensure that your calls are properly directed, logged, recorded and stored. All queries submitted via our webform are logged using a CRM platform provided by Salesforce Systems Spain, S.L..

These companies have all entered into contracts under which they have committed to protect your personal data. They will only use your personal data to provide customer care services in accordance with our instructions and will ensure that they have security measures in place to keep your data safe.

Affinity, Dialoga Servicios Interactivos, S.A. and Unisono Soluciones de Negocio, S.A. are all Spanish companies and will process your personal data in Spain. The data protection laws in Spain provide you with the same protections as our data protection laws in the UK.

We will keep copies of any customer care enquiries that you make for 5 years. At the end of this time they will be securely deleted. In exceptional circumstances customer care enquiries may be kept for longer in order to deal with ongoing disputes.

Security and safe storage of your personal information

Once we’ve received your information, we'll use appropriate procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet isn’t completely secure. Although we endeavour to protect your personal data, we can't guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet. Any transmission of data is at your own risk.
